easter baskets for kids
Easter is is going to look a little different this year for all of us, but I still want to try and keep a few traditions, games, egg dying and fun activities planned for the kids anyway so This year we will be dying fewer boiled eggs for our easter egg hunts and prepping Easter baskets that are filled with products from some of our favorite small businesses as well as a few activities from amazon that will keep our kiddos busy so it will still feel fun and special for them!
Here are some basket ideas and some easter stuffing also! I always fold a towel at the bottom of the basket and then add the stuffing at the top so it spreads further! My friend owns a company that has these bolga baskets called Plum and Sparrow or you can find them on Little Market or Etsy or this one is smaller and cute too from local small business Gunn & Swain . Ill also include a few versions below also!
The amazing handmade stuffed animals are made by my favorite “do-good” company called Cuddle and Kind and they not only use sustainable fair trade practices but with every purchase of a doll they provide 10 meals to children around the world. I love their company and mission so much!
I used Mia the dog in my 10 year old daughters Easter basket and I know she will love it! I included stickers in her basket, stamps, markers, the mancala game, a gardeners book, sunglasses, pins and some polaroid film for her camera.
I got Lucas the Llama for my 7 year old son Lennix and included swim shorts and a rash guard from my friends company Seaesta Surf.
I got Evan the Elephant for my 2.5 year old son Crosley and included swim shorts and a rash guard puzzle activities, books, small toys, bubbles and books!
